Holly Benson

Holly Benson is a local artist and has been creating amazing quilts for nearly 50 years. After moving to the Midwest from New England, her designs began to be influenced by the geometric simplicity and unexpected color combinations found in Amish quilts. Holly is continually creating new designs (“I can’t stop myself”) and perfecting her craft. As a practicing Psychotherapist, Holly believes that combining the creative spirit of handwork and the healing work of helping others can help to lead more meaningful and productive lives. Countless hours and attention to detail makes her quilts functional or available to simply enjoy for the aesthetics and skill found in each piece. Each quilt comes with a pocket pole for hanging.
